GENTLEMAN WELCOME TO THE PLAYOFFS LETS GOOOOO! We are seeing some new Faces as the top 3 of this league typically remain the same. Gio wings and Myself have not missed the playoffs since 2021. Gio has not missed the playoffs in the sleeper era. Wings and myself have only missed once. Let’s meet our playoff teams this year shall we.
1st seed - Chuck: Chuck had 2 titles to his name in the LOD era but none in the sleeper ERA believe it or not. Chuck had only missed playoffs once in the sleeper ERA and has only lost to one team only in the playoffs period in his entire Fantasy career in LOD. It is Gio.
2nd seed - Nauch: Nauch has arguably his best team ever in his LOD Tenure. He is most known for Giving Erik shit about auto drafting CMC to a title. This is Nauch’s first playoff appearance since 2020 where he also finished as the two seed.
3rd seed - Wings: Wings is a one time champions carried by the likes of Elijah McGuire thanks to chucks recommendation on playing him. Since winning a title wings has not made it out of the first round of playoffs. The last 3 teams to eliminate him from playoffs. Joe myself and gio. Will Erik be the 4th?
4th Seed - Gio: Your reigning champ and 2 time champion has never missed the playoffs in the sleeper era shit he’s never missed the finals. Gio does have a pattern though. He loses a final then wins one. So this year he is due to lose in the final if he gets there. By far his toughest road ever to get to a finals is this year as the last time gio lost in the playoffs before a final was the last year of ESPN to none other then Joe who he plays in the first round this year.
5th Seed - Joe: Joe has had a resurgence since moving to Utah and looks like he remembers how to play fantasy. This is joes first playoff appearance since 2020 to who he was eliminated by none other then Gio who he plays in the first round this year. This is one of the most hilarious matchups we see in LOD because for whatever reason Gio has a history of losing to Joe. Joe will look to beat Gio once again and return to the semis for the first time since the last year of ESPN.
6th Seed - Erik: Erik has arguably the worst luck in fantasy for the first half of the season but due to chucks Analytics and projecting him to have the easiest schedule in the second half of the season he did not give up hope and snuck in the playoffs. Erik is a one time champion thanks to the auto draft of CMC who had a top 5 fantasy season of all time. Erik is returning to the playoffs after a 1 year hiatus and is looking to take down his long time rival Wings.

Chucks Power rankings:
1. Chuck - cmon are you surprised. Domination all year most points by 140 and your first ever Commissioner Cup champ. This team is well rounded and ready for revenge season after being humiliated in the finals. Tyreek hill is the heart and soul with Dak.
2. Nauch - This team is coming full circle and it’s crazy to think we maybe haven’t seen its full potential. The problem I have with this team is its matchups in the playoffs. Why yes these are a team full of superstars it becomes rough when games start becoming more defensive sided. I expect big things, however if anybody is expected to be a fraud, it’s frauch.
3. Joe - I’m actually gonna put Joe here. Losing Justin Herbert and Mark Andrews is not as a big as everyone thinks it is. With the Chargers having nothing to play for and the ravens being a running team anyways it doesn’t impact this team. This team goes as it rookie running backs go and they are primed for a huge week. This team is really good as I’ve been saying all year. Now is a time to prove it.
4. Wings - This team is the definition of boom or bust. His Running backs being hurt has been the main problem but they are getting healthy at the right time. The brown boys are the heart and soul of this team besides small pecker Josh Allen as he is the top fantasy QB but has played the bills out the yoffs.
5. Gio - I’m not convinced on this team but gio is gio and will somehow pull a win out his ass. Etienne has started to come back to life which is great. Eckler looks old and your receivers are the most boom or bust core in the league. You have won 2 in a row to end the year after a rough stretch of games. Will the Gio devil magic come out?
6. Erik - Mr Naranjo QB is your biggest weakness which is not good. However, this team has heart. Derrick Henry is gonna go crazy these next few weeks due to his matchups to. 4 of Henry’s last 5 games against Houston he has ran for over 200 yards. I think this team can make some noise if they start playing like there projections. Wings should be scared.
7-10: I hope you guys have a great offseason with a lot to look forward to next year. CTE Rob will find a cure and regain happiness in the game and has a shit ton of picks to draft the all time swag team. Ryan has arguably the highest upside in a team for next year already. Bryan I expect to come back with a hard vengeance and open Brian’s Rock Climb Rave bar. Ant looking to regain his presti magic as the last time he did this he won it all.
Ant’s Power Rankings -
1.Chuck; No surprise here, Chuck has sat at the top of the leader boards for weeks now and truly has a path to a trophy that lies in his own hands. A huge bye weeks allows tyreek to take the week off and ready up for his matchups in the playoffs and if I was chuck I would be hoping his team does shitty this week in hopes to get it out of the way. This is the team to be Gents, now whos gonna do it?
2.Nauch: The gap between 1 and 2 hasnt been this close in weeks and it’s .all thanks to Nauchs long term plan. At the beginning of the season and through a few questionable trades in season Nauch wasnt looking like a contender. But, after watching this team perform the way it has for weeks now its looking better and better especially because he gets a bye week. Can we see Ignacio pull his first LOD league title.
3.Gio: Gios team finally showed up last week and proved he still got one more title run in him. While the fantasy gods may hate me they have given Gio resurgences from players like Deandre Hopkins and Brandon Aiyuk. His big question mark is if Ekeler can hold his own down the stretch, he is the true x factor of this team. Also, Can Jalen Hurts actually play a solid game to get Gio enough points for 3 straight wins?
4.Wings: As much as I spitefully want to put you last for that shitshow this team has big boom potential. Without the chance huge Josh Allen games this team can go so far. Especially when half of the RB core might miss this weekends festivities. Regardless, facing this team on the wrong week can be someones downfall, I found that out the hard way.
5.Erik: The last man to sneak into the playoffs find himself in a spot where he has to face his kryptonite. Erik is still looking for his first win of the season against Wings and how sweet would it be to do so now. I honestly think there is a good chance Erik wins this matchup but its when he would have to face the true bigdogs that it would end up being a tough time for him. But thats for another blog, right now lets hope Ceedee and DK can carry you over that FRAUD this week.
6.Joe: Between Kyren Williams and Jahymyr Gibbs Joe has a bright future ahead, and hes going to need it because I think this might be the most unlucky fantasy season in our LOD era. Losing tons of playing time to various injuries, Joe goes into this week facing the defending champ is more looking forward to the possibility of getting put out of his misery rather than getting a title. A title is possible, but most definitely not probable.
7 - 10. We had a fun time this year fellas some of got to make a playoff run, some of us went full tank mode, but in the end ALL OF US suck. But theres always next year, Ryan has a amazing young WR core, Rob and I have the draft capital to build the team of our dreams, and Bryan has uhh… prob some new bike gear or something. Good for us, positive thoughts my friends and let’s sit back and watch the chaos unfold.
